The data controller pays special attention to protecting the interests of natural persons, in particular, being responsible for their secure use in accordance with the contract and applicable rules.
2. Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data.
We process your personal data that we received from you when creating an account and during cooperation, as it is necessary for:
2.1. concluding and performing the contract for the provision of electronic services (which allows you to make full use of our online store, including accepting and managing your account, maintaining your account and transactions conducted through it, processing your requests sent through the contact form, and contacting you for the purpose of providing services)
2.2. entering into and performing sales contracts (that includes, contacts for purposes related to order fulfilment, shipment of goods, and complaints)
2.3. fulfilment of legal obligations binding on us (including, tax and accounting obligations, such as invoicing)

Failure to provide the above data does not allow us to conclude a contract with you, which deprives you of the opportunity to use our online shop and place orders. Refusal to provide data other than the above mentioned does not affect the possibility to conclude and fulfil the contract.

4.3.2. when your data is unlawfully processed, but you do not want it to be deleted,

4.3.4. you raise an objection to our processing of your data - until such time as it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on our side override the grounds for the objection
4.4. access to your data (to request information about the data we process and to request a copy of your data)
4.5. data portability to another administrator or to you - in the following cases:
4.5.1. when data processing is based on your consent or on the basis of a contract concluded between us,

5. Right to object
Not withstanding the rights set out in paragraph 4, you have the right to object to our processing of your data in the following cases:

12. Rules for deleting your account in the online shop
You can request the deletion of your account at any time by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. The account will be deleted immediately upon receipt of the request, but not before the orders assigned to it have been completed. The restoration of such an account is not possible. In such a situation, making another purchase in the online shop requires providing personal data again, which is necessary to complete the order.
